Nike is a global leader in athletic footwear, apparel, and equipment, known for its innovative products and iconic "Just Do It" slogan. The primary aim of this project is to identify usability issues in the check-out processes on Nike.com(tr), observe users' expectations from the mobile site, and detect differences between Turkish users' shopping habits and the structure of the Nike mobile site. The goal of the study is to uncover usability errors by testing with real users and to obtain findings and suggestions for making improvements.
